By Coupons/Check:

You may pay your association fee with the provided payment coupons and mailing in a check.

Automatic Deduction:

You may sign up for automatic deduction from your bank account. Just fill out the form below and your dues will be taken out every 10th of the month.

General Information

Power Outage/Gas Leak:
- If you experience a power outage, please contact DTE at 800-477-4747.
- If you experience a gas leak, please contact Consumers Energy at 800-477-5050.
Late Fees:
- Your association dues are due on the first of the month in January, April, July and October. It is considered late if we do not receive it by the 10th of the month. If you are late, your account is charged a $20.00 late fee.
