By Coupons/Check:
- You may pay your association fee with the provided payment coupons and mailing in a check.
Automatic Deduction:
- You may sign up for automatic deduction from your bank account. Just fill out the form below and your dues will be taken out every 10th of the month.
- ACH form
Online Payment:
- Our bank does offer online payment options. Please click the link below to go to their website and follow the prompts.

- When paying online to First Citizens Bank, you will need the following information:
- Management code: 6020
- Community code: 0153
- Along with your Property/Account number that is listed on your payment coupons. (If you do not have your coupons, please reach out to the Highlander Group’s office to obtain the account number.)
